Our Training Restaurant and Coffee Training Center Are Ready!
Our gastronomy school restaurant project, of which there are many examples around the world, is a project our department had been working on for a long time. Created with the goal of providing a space where our students can turn what they learn in practical classes into experience, the training restaurant will now start operating as part of the curriculum.

Our students will be in charge at the restaurant, which has an open kitchen. The dishes they prepare as part of their classes will be served to customers by students as well. With a capacity of 60 people and designed entirely with Electrolux equipment, the restaurant will have students in charge at every stage, from purchasing to customer contact. Guest chefs will also be hosted in the open kitchen area, where special events such as Chef's Table will be held.
Another innovation is the Coffee Training Center, which will operate as a fully third-wave coffee shop. It has been designed as a space for tastings and training on coffee in particular, as well as tea, olive oil and various beverages.

Equipped with La Marzocco coffee machines and a state-of-the-art roasting machine, the space will be available both to our students and to outside participants who wish to receive training such as professional barista and coffee roasting courses.
