The KİDR 2021 Writing Process Has Started!
At our University, the writing process for the Institutional Internal Evaluation Report (KİDR) , which the Higher Education Quality Council (YÖKAK) expects from all universities every year, has started. The KİDR to be prepared this year will form the basis of YÖKAK's evaluation process under the Institutional Accreditation Program (KAP).
The purpose of the KİDR is to help the institution recognize its own strengths and areas for improvement and to contribute to improvement processes. The institution's KİDR is the most important output of its self-evaluation work. A KİDR with a high level of maturity is only possible through the effective and efficient implementation of the internal quality assurance system and internal evaluation activities throughout the year. The report preparation process is one of the important opportunities that enable the institution to benefit to the fullest from the Institutional External Evaluation Program, Institutional Accreditation Program and Monitoring Program processes. The KİDR should be used for communication and collaboration with stakeholders, for self-evaluation work, and to spread and internalize the culture of quality assurance. To increase the contribution of the report preparation process to the institution, the work is expected to ensure inclusiveness and participation, adopt a process management approach rather than bureaucratic data management, ensure transparency in the work of the quality commission, and be supported by continuous training activities.
