Non-Interventional Studies Ethics Committee

The Bahçeşehir University Non-Interventional Studies Ethics Committee was established by the decision of the University Senate dated 12 February 2024 and numbered 2024/03/03.

The Non-Interventional Studies Ethics Committee convenes online via Microsoft Teams on the first and third Wednesdays of each month, between 15:00 and 17:00. Applications submitted up to six (6) days before the meeting date will be included on the agenda of that meeting. A Principal Investigator may submit a maximum of two (2) research applications per meeting.

Applicants are required to prepare their application files in accordance with the order specified in the “Document Checklist” available on our website. Completed application files must be submitted in PDF format via email to [email protected] to be considered for evaluation. Hard copy submissions are not accepted.

For applications reviewed by the committee and returned for revision, the revised versions must be submitted after incorporating the requested corrections and recommendations within a maximum period of fifteen (15) days. Applications that are not resubmitted within the specified timeframe will be cancelled.
