Impact Analysis Research Group

In order to compare with the results of the case file analysis on the Effectiveness of the Criminal Justice System conducted by Dönmezer and Yenisey in 1998, 1,000 case files from 2020 will be examined, and assessments will be made in terms of transnational reform principles in collaboration with Prof. Caroline Cooper. Since the preventive and judicial powers of law enforcement occupy an important place in the criminal justice system, the work of this research group also covers preventive and judicial powers.
