Preventive Mental Health Services
Preventive mental health services consist of seminars and publications that aim to help develop students' general life skills through information and awareness-raising. The purpose of these services is to help students take precautions before they experience a particular problem. For this purpose, our unit offers booklets prepared on topics such as Perfectionism, Peer Relationships, Test Anxiety and Conflict Resolution. These booklets can be obtained from the PDRM offices and from designated points within the University. In addition, our website includes links to access these booklets online.
