• Preliminary preparations for the traffic study of the Istanbul Bosphorus Crossing Tunnel Project with Yapı Merkezi
• Consultancy analysis for the Marmaray Train Operations Capacity Needs Assessment
• Provision of consultancy services on evaluating maintenance and repair work and operational performance on High-Speed Train (YHT) lines, comparing them with practices in countries with advanced railways, and supporting the necessary literature studies on this subject.
• Provision of consultancy services on identifying safety risks for the road safety of the Ankara-Eskişehir YHT Line and the associated conventional railway line between Eskişehir and Haydarpaşa, reporting the identified risks, and preparing projects on camera-based security systems.
• Traffic safety studies conducted jointly under the EU 7th Framework Programme
• Bodrum Public Transportation and Parking Studies
• Consultancy Service Project on the Repair and Process of Cracked Reinforced Concrete Catenary Poles on the Ankara-Eskişehir YHT Line
• Participation in Test Drives and Reporting
• Studies coordinated by the Bahçeşehir University UYGAR Center to enhance the security systems in the project
• Establishment of the certification infrastructure for the testing of new lines by our University
• Signing of a cooperation and student exchange agreement with the International Road Safety Academy (IRSA) and the universities of Cluj (Romania), Helsinki (Finland) and Sheffield Hallam (United Kingdom)
• The Bahçeşehir University UYGAR Center organized all scientific events at Intertraffic Istanbul on 27-28-29 May 2009.
• A Professional Training Authorization Certificate was obtained from the Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Transport, General Directorate of Land Transport, under the Regulation on Professional Competence Training for Road Transport Activities.
• Opinion Report on the New Draft Traffic Law prepared by the Republic of Türkiye General Directorate of Security
• Participation in the Busworld 2008 Fair (24-26 April 2008)
• Consultancy on determining the participants of the Transportation Council to be organized by the Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Transport in October 2009
• Monitoring of the law transferring traffic control authority to metropolitan municipalities and joint studies between the University and metropolitan municipalities (Traffic Safety Cameras)
• "Alo Taxi Project" conducted in cooperation with Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality, Turkcell, TURCom, Global Bilgi, ARA Limited, EAS and Bahçeşehir University
