International Leadership Research and Application Center (ULMER) - Director's Message

The International Leadership Application and Research Center (ULMER) aims to pioneer the development of leaders with strong writing and public speaking skills who can assess the pulse of the Turkish and global agenda from an interdisciplinary perspective.

Bringing together policymakers who have shaped and continue to shape our domestic and foreign policy, as well as experts and academics who have established themselves in their fields, the Center offers leadership candidates the deep knowledge and experience of distinguished speakers through the events it organizes.

In addition to its three core academies, ULMER broadens the horizons of leadership candidates through seminars, panels and talks covering a wide range of topics, from neuropolitics to decentralized finance, from big data to climate migrants, from food insecurity to peace studies, and from gastrodiplomacy to e-municipality.

Hoping to reach a wider pool of leadership candidates through the internship and scholarship opportunities it provides, ULMER invites you to take part in its activities so that more prudent solutions can be developed for our country and the world.
