Message from the Director

When establishing HITMER, our vision was to create a leading center that brings together scientific research, technological innovation, and societal benefit. Today, we work with an interdisciplinary team to understand the molecular mechanisms of diseases and to develop new drug candidates. Our work in areas such as computer-aided drug design, molecular modeling, bioinformatics, and preclinical studies aims to provide fast and effective solutions to the healthcare sector. In our research and development processes, we use the most up-to-date scientific methodologies and advanced technologies to shorten the discovery and optimization timelines of new drug candidates. In this way, we aim to accelerate the transition of high-potential therapeutic molecules from the preclinical stage to the clinical stage. Through collaborations with all stakeholders, universities, and research institutions, we contribute to bridging academic knowledge with industrial applications.

One of our most important values is the training of young researchers and the development of their expertise.
