During our University's admission week, interviews are held with prospective disabled students and their families, providing information about academic and physical accessibility. |

Upon request, information is provided to disabled students about departments they plan to study and possible academic and physical arrangements. |
| 3. Registration Process |
The unit is introduced during registration, and detailed brochures are distributed. Individual meetings and assessments are arranged based on documented disabilities. |
| 4. Academic Regulations |
The unit ensures a supportive academic environment, removes participation barriers, and provides necessary academic and physical adjustments. |
| a) Students with Hearing Problems |
Exemptions from listening sections, written communication, and lip-reading supportive teaching methods are provided. |
| b) Physically Disabled Students |
Accessible exam rooms or exams in the unit with comfortable seating and extra time are provided. |
| c) Students with Writing Problems |
Computer-based exams, extended time, and course notes in written format are provided. |
| d) Students with Speech Problems |
Special arrangements and extra time for oral exams, with visual and written presentations preferred. |
| e) Students with Learning Disabilities |
Separate exam settings, readers/writers provided, and instructors informed about assessment flexibility. |
| f) Students with Visual Impairments |
Enlarged materials, assistants, and extended time are arranged for exams. |
| 5. Students with Social Anxiety Disorder |
Exams are held in the unit with additional time to ensure a stress-free environment. |
| 6. Health Services |
General student health services are available to disabled students with a designated unit representative. |
| 7. Food Services |
No special meal service, but scholarships are available for financially disadvantaged students. |
| 8. Transportation Services |
Same transportation opportunities provided to all students are available to disabled students. |
| 9. Psychological Counseling Support |
Expert psychologists provide support services when needed under the Dean of Students’ Office. |
