Where can I find the Office of the Dean of Students?

The Office of the Dean of Students is located on the 1st floor of Block D at Beşiktaş South Campus. We also have an office at our BAU Future Campus in Kemerburgaz. We look forward to seeing you at the campus closest to you!

I want to start a club. What should I do?

The Student Organizations and Activities Unit is located on the 1st floor of Block D at South Campus. Come by; our door is open for any information you need!

What are clubs for?

There are 92 clubs and communities under the BAU Office of the Dean of Students. Brighten up your university life with social, cultural and sports activities and expand your network!

When is Club Stand Week?

Club applications open during the first five weeks of each academic year, followed by Stand Week. We announce the processes from the Office of the Dean of Students email address, so don't forget to check your university email!

How can I solve a problem when I have one?

The BAU Student Solution Center is here for anything you want to know! You can submit a written request at help.bau.edu.tr or call the solution center at 444 28 64.

How can I benefit from the National Athlete Scholarship?

Bahçeşehir University supports the education of national athletes in certain disciplines with scholarships. Please contact us for details.

I am not a national athlete. Are athletic scholarships available?

We offer a 100% scholarship to students who represent our university in team sports. Achievements in individual sports are also evaluated by the scholarship committee and supported accordingly.

Are there tryouts to join the university teams?

Yes! Every year in October, we hold tryouts in sports such as football, volleyball, basketball and tennis. You can follow the announcements through email and our social media accounts.

What sports activities are carried out during the academic year?

We have Men's and Women's Football, Basketball, Volleyball, American Football and Flag Football teams, as well as individual sports such as skiing, snowboarding, tennis, fencing, swimming and sailing.

Who can benefit from the Psychological Counseling and Guidance Service?

PDRM is free of charge for all BAU students. You can apply whenever you need to.

How does the psychological counseling process help?

It offers a safe space where you can express your feelings and thoughts. It helps you develop different perspectives and change unhelpful thought cycles.

How can I apply to PDRM?

To apply, simply send an email to pdrm@dso.bau.edu.tr .

Are sessions at PDRM confidential?

Yes, confidentiality is essential. Records and information are protected within the framework of ethical rules and are not shared with others without your permission.

I am experiencing financial difficulties. Whom should I contact about scholarship opportunities?

To contact the Scholarship Coordination Unit, you can send an email to sule.fidan@dso.bau.edu.tr or visit the Office of the Dean of Students.

Is there an opportunity to work on campus?

Students who meet the criteria can work in units where help is needed, in a way that fits their course schedules. Follow the announcements of the Office of the Dean of Students to apply.
