The campus offers alternative opportunities for social life and residence because of its proximity to Kemerburgaz and Göktürk. There are dormitories and accommodation facilities in the area. While the natural structure of the area provides a working environment away from the city, its proximity to the city in terms of distance will be one of the attractions of the region.

There are many playfields for various sports branches.
Through BAU Barbaros Library, students can benefit from physical and digital facilities and resources within the framework of library rules. Barbaros Library was founded in 1999 and has a wide range of sources and opportunities. It serves the BAU ecosystem by using technology and its universal library mission.
Bahçeşehir University’s research infrastructures are offered to entrepreneurs and companies at Future Campus. The existing 93 laboratory infrastructure is provided with the coordination of BAUTTO with the BAU Rectorate and the related deans.
The meeting room, micro meeting room, and conference room within the Future Campus can be used for meetings and events.
BAU Future Campus Office spaces are open 7/24. It is protected with security teams, cameras, card pass systems, and biometric reader systems. There is 1 vehicle and 1 pedestrian entrance to the area. Security teams are on duty 24/7 at certain points of the entrance and area.
Cleaning service is provided in all indoor and outdoor areas. Cleaning of all common areas, separation of wastes, and spraying of common areas are provided with the zero waste policy,
Health services and pharmacies within the Future Campus are available.
Shuttle services are provided on different routes to the Anatolian and European sides. In addition, there is a ring shuttle service from Future Campus to Göktürk and Kemerburgaz bus stops and metro stops.
Cargo and shipping services can be benefited from Future Campus Post Office.
