Dialysis is a treatment for patients with acute or chronic renal failure. Dialysis technicians, on the other hand, have many responsibilities in this treatment and take part in the implementation of the procedure, which lasts from the start of the dialysis procedure to its termination.
Students who finish the Dialysis Program earn the title of "Dialysis Technician"
Our students enrolled in the Dialysis Program at our university have a competitive advantage over their peers by receiving both theoretical and on-the-job practical training by expert academics and leading experts in the sector for 2 years. Along with hands-on lessons, they will learn how to operate and clean the machinery necessary to manage dialysis. In addition to the elective courses specific to the program, they are provided with the opportunity to develop themselves in different areas by providing them to take courses related to other programs. Students who graduate from this program can continue their undergraduate programs by being successful in the Vertical Transfer Exam (DGS).
Undergraduate Programs that can be vertically transferred from our program:
Our Vocational School of Health Services Dialysis program students carry out their applied courses in University Laboratories and Private Dialysis Centers in order to improve their practice and practical skills.
