Assoc. Prof. Dr. Selcen Oner is a volunteer at Community Volunteer's Foundation (TOG) in Turkey, she is working as a volunteer there for mentoring young women students at university, coming from different cities of Anatolia and living in İstanbul. She is also a member of the scholarship selection committee of TOG. She participated in The View from Venus podcast which is done by several women academics in the USA.
