The founder of Twitter, the social media platform, Jack Dorsey invited two software engineering students from Bahcesehir University to the United States. Batuhan Katırcı and Cihan Nalbant, the students that found systematic loopholes in the twitter software, fixed them with the software they have created and reported this to Twitter authorities, will be going to San Francisco, where the company’s Head Quarters is located.
The world’s most efficient micro blogging site Twitter and one of the companies owned by them, Periscope, welcome two Turkish students. Batuhan Katırcı and Cihan Nalbant, the Bahcesehir University software engineering students that have drawn attention to themselves by finding loopholes and fixing them with their newly created software in both Twitter and Periscope, will be going to San Francisco as guests of Twitter founder Jack Dorsey. Katırcı and Nalbant will be taking part in the “Twitter Flight” organization, to which Twitters industry leaders and engineers from all around the world will attend. Twitters new merchandise will also be introduced in this organization.
“Twitter Flight”, the organization that takes place on October 21st which will introduce the latest application versions and improvements of team leaders of Fabric, Gnip, Periscope and Twitter starting with Jack Dorsey, will bring together successful application developers from all around the world among engineers and leaders of the industry.
The students, who got personally invited for the applications they have developed and software flaws they have uncovered in the Twitter system, will get a chance to introduce themselves and their project to investors in San Francisco, the place that the digital world’s heart beats, thanks to this organization.
