Harvard University Professor, Dr. David Bloom, attended a meeting at the BAU Beşiktaş Campus at the invitation of Bahçeşehir University and came together with students, journalists and prominent businessmen.
Prof. Dr. David Bloom presented a seminar on the topic “Education reform and economic developments,” and evaluated the conclusions made by some of the world’s foremost researchers in the areas of education, health and employment. He provided important information on what to do about human capital in the future, its importance and the situation in Turkey.
Prof. Dr. Bloom was hosted in the Fazıl Say Conference Hall where he came together with students. Following the seminar, he met with journalists and prominent businessman at a round table meeting. David Bloom said that in Turkey, Bahçeşehir University is showing the same dynamic structure as Harvard University in the U.S. and mentioned its importance as a breakthrough.
