Applications Open for the New York-Boston Certificate Program

NEW YORK-BOSTON INTERNATIONAL CERTIFICATE PROGRAM
2-14 MAY 2020

Within the scope of the New York and Boston program, our students will meet the giants of the financial world in the United States and have the opportunity to attend meetings with the names that shape finance around the world, especially the American economy. As one of the most important centers of international economics and politics, New York is a very important city for understanding and analyzing the economic and political issues that have occupied the world agenda in recent years, and it is also where the heart of international media and business beats. Within the program, our students will first attend meetings at Wall Street, the World Trade Center, the United Nations, our Permanent Mission to the UN and think tanks, where they will meet experts on these topics and have the opportunity to have their questions about the workings of these institutions answered. In the second part of the program, our students will attend courses designed especially for them at leading universities such as Harvard and MIT in Boston, one of America's main centers of entrepreneurship and innovation, and make visits to examine entrepreneurial methods up close.
The language of the program is English. Turkish interpretation is provided during the meetings. At the end of each meeting, students' questions are taken in a Q&A section moderated by the session chair.
Graduate students wishing to join the program will be able to count their participation in the field study in New York-Boston as two 3-credit courses or one project course, depending on slot availability in the graduate programs in which they are enrolled. The fee for the program, which will be held on 2-14 May 2020 in the 2019-2020 Spring Semester, is $5,500. The program fee can be paid in 3 installments. Under the installment plan, the program fee is divided into 3 and collected between the date of registration and two weeks before the start of the program. The services included in the program fee and the payment terms are as follows:
* Round-trip airfare * Airport transfers and transportation
* Meeting and training fees * Interpretation services
* Accommodation (Requests from those wishing to stay in a single room will be considered subject to payment of the price difference.)
PAYMENT INFORMATION
1. You can pay the program fee of $5,500 in cash or by credit card at our Financial Affairs unit by coming to Bahçeşehir University and providing your T.R. identity number. (Please have the note "New York-Boston Certificate Program 2020 Payment" recorded together with your name.)
2. You can make your payment in the appropriate currency to Bahçeşehir University's Turkish Lira or US Dollar accounts at the DenizBank Güneşli Ticaret Merkez Branch.

As participation in the program is limited by quota, admission to the program is subject to payment priority.
