"7 Touches in Special Education" Conference

The conference titled "7 Touches in Special Education", featuring Selim Parlak, founder and educator of the Algı Aba Therapy Center, and Specialist Clinical Psychologist Özge Özgeç Gürel, was held with the contributions of our Department of Child Development on Wednesday, 13 March 2019, at the BAU Faculty of Health Sciences conference hall. Enriched with case examples, the conference explained, through specific techniques, how a student with autism and special needs can overcome many stages and surpass their own development, and also covered what theory of mind is and how it is applied.
