Fifth Conference of the International Association of Silkroad Universities Held in Mongolia!

The fifth International Conference of the International Association of Silkroad Universities', founded in 2010 in partnership between Bahçeşehir University and Mukogawa University (Japan), titled “Archi-Cultural Interactions through the Silkroad”, was held in Ulaanbaatar, the capital of Mongolia, hosted by the Mongolian University of Science and Technology.

With a view to developing academic exchange and cooperation among Asian universities, particularly at the graduate level, the International Association of Silkroad Universities (iaSU), whose establishment efforts began in 2009 through the joint efforts of Bahçeşehir University and Mukogawa University,, aims, with an awareness of the socio-economic impact and cultural heritage of the historic Silk Road across the Asian continent, to revive the Silk Road today through the "Science Road" project.

Since 2011, the scientific studies presented at all conferences have been compiled into books and shared by the publishing houses of the host universities.
