Law Laboratories (HukukLab)

Dear Students, as the Faculty of Law, we are launching a program called Law Laboratories as of the 2019-2020 Spring semester. Workshops will be held on various topics, and students who participate will receive a "certificate of participation". The topics of the workshops and the names of the faculty members responsible for them are listed below. Students who wish to participate must send an e-mail by 20 February 2020 to Dean's Secretary Pınar Karataş (pinar.karatas@law.bau.edu.tr) stating which workshop they would like to attend:

• Case law and book reviews will be carried out with interested students in the field of Criminal Law. (Prof. Dr. Feridun Yenisey - Assist. Prof. Dr. Hande Ulutürk)

• Case law and book reviews will be carried out with interested students in the field of Commercial Law. (Assist. Prof. Dr. Ayşe Şahin - Assist. Prof. Dr. Tuğba Semerci Vuraloğlu)

• Case law and book reviews will be carried out with interested students in the field of Civil Law. (Assist. Prof. Dr. Sinem Tek)

• Case law and book reviews will be carried out with interested students in the field of Intellectual Property. (Prof. Dr. Emre Gökyayla)

• Case law and book reviews will be carried out with interested students in the field of Civil Procedure and Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law. (Assist. Prof. Dr. Melis Taşpolat Tuğsavul)

• Case law and book reviews will be carried out with interested students in the field of Construction Law. (Assoc. Prof. Dr. Öz Seçer)

• In the Contract Drafting Workshop, various contracts will be drafted by applying contract drafting techniques for 3rd and 4th year students. (Assoc. Prof. Dr. Zafer Kahraman)

• In the Petition Writing Workshop, students will be given information on writing petitions. (Assoc. Prof. Dr. Burak Huysal - Assist. Prof. Dr. Begüm Süzen)

• Case law and book reviews will be carried out with interested students in the field of Personal Data Protection Law. (Assist. Prof. Dr. Elif Küzeci)

• Under the heading of Industrial Relations, work will be carried out with students who wish to study collective labor law and trade unions. (Assist. Prof. Dr. Şebnem Kılıç)
