Seminar on the Quality Assurance System in Higher Education and Student Participation

On 17 May 2022, the YÖKAK Student Commission met with our students, hosted by our University, with the aim of increasing our students' awareness of and participation in the quality assurance system in higher education.

The 33rd of YÖKAK's seminar series titled "Quality Assurance System in Higher Education and Student Participation" was held face-to-face with approximately 170 participants at the Fazıl Say Conference Hall on the Bahçeşehir University South Campus.

At the two-hour event, which began with the opening speech by Bahçeşehir University President Prof. Dr. Ahmet BEŞKESE and continued under the moderation of Assist. Prof. Dr. Ayla ESEN, YÖKAK Student Commission Academic Coordinator Assist. Prof. Dr. Gonca Uludağ and YÖKAK Student Commission Vice Chair Sena Çatal delivered speeches. The seminar, which began with intense student participation, ended after a question-and-answer session.

Following the event, the meeting "What Does a Quality Student Club Do? What Should It Do?" was held with our university's Quality Club in Classroom A 202 at Bahçeşehir University. The meeting with Assist. Prof. Dr. Gonca Uludağ and Sena Çatal was an interactive event with positive feedback from the quality club students.
