Dear Academics and Researchers,

As the Istanbul Branch of the Turkish Informatics Association, together with Bahçeşehir University, we will hold on 05 December 2019 the 13th Istanbul Informatics Congress under the theme "Digital Age: The Evolution of Data, the Revolution of Commerce" . We are delighted and honored to invite you to Bahçeşehir University Beşiktaş Campus, Istanbul.

At the Istanbul Informatics Congress, Digital Transformation and Industry 4.0, 5G and New Technologies, Smart Cities, Data Mining, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Entrepreneurship, Cloud Computing and Cyber Security will be addressed through panels and papers. The congress will feature open sessions, panels, academic papers, product exhibition stands, and sectoral and social events.

Researchers' papers will be accepted for the academic paper sessions of the congress. Following peer review, abstracts will be accepted as oral or poster presentations, and papers for which the participation fee has been paid will be classified by topic and included in the program. After the congress presentations, participants who have paid and presented academic papers will be given a certificate of participation bearing a wet signature.

Full texts selected from the papers presented in the program will undergo peer review, and accepted papers will be published by the publisher as a book with chapters, in compliance with the Academic Incentive Regulation and with an ISBN number. Research abstracts and full texts must be prepared in accordance with the Paper Preparation Guide and Sample Paper published under the academic papers section at https://www.istanbulbilisimkongresi.org.tr/2019/ .

The language of the symposium is Turkish; abstracts and full texts must be prepared in Turkish, but an English abstract and keywords must be included. Participants are expected to submit abstracts of at least 300 and at most 500 words stating the purpose, scope, methodology and results, to present accepted papers orally in no more than 20 minutes, and to submit full texts of selected papers for publication.
