Organized this year for the second time by the Bahçeşehir University Dean of Students Office, the BAU Clubs Championship once again brought together hundreds of football-loving BAU students this season.
The tournament, in which 24 clubs competed with 12-player squads in 8-a-side teams, was held in two stages: Play-Off and Group. In the first stage, held in the fall semester, 16 of the 24 teams qualified for the group stage.
The tournament, played in 4 groups of 4 teams, saw fierce competition in its first two weeks before being suspended due to the pandemic.
The fate of the tournament, in which the first, second and third places will be awarded, will become clear in the coming days.
