"Seeing Music" Conference at BAU Pera

Prof. Dr. Türev BERKİ, theorist-pianist, Head of the Department of Musicology at Hacettepe University Ankara State Conservatory and a distinguished academic of our musicology community, is sharing his knowledge and experience with the BAU Conservatory. Let us recall the dozens of stories built on "looking and seeing". Everyone looks at a musical excerpt and says something, right or wrong. But what about seeing music?

The conference will take place on 20 December at 16:00 at Pera Stage and will address how it is possible to see music through four independent excerpt samples.

The event is open to the public and free of charge.
