KİDR 2022 Writing Process Has Begun!
At our University, the writing process has begun for theInstitutional Internal Evaluation Report (KİDR)that the Higher Education Quality Council (YÖKAK) expects from all universities every year.
The purpose of the KİDR isto help the institution recognize its own strengths and areas for improvement and to contribute to its improvement processes. The KİDR is the most important output of the institution's self-evaluation activities. A KİDR with a high maturity level is only possible when the internal quality assurance system and internal evaluation activities are carried out efficiently and effectively throughout the year. The report preparation process is one of the important opportunities that enable the institution to benefit to the fullest from the Institutional External Evaluation Program, the Institutional Accreditation Program and the Monitoring Program. The KİDR should be used for communication and collaboration with stakeholders, self-evaluation activities, and the dissemination and internalization of a quality assurance culture. In order to increase the contribution of the report preparation process to the institution, it is expected that inclusiveness and participation are ensured, a process management approach is adopted rather than bureaucratic data management, transparency is ensured in the work of the quality commission, and these efforts are supported by continuous training.
