BAU Preference and Promotion Days Have Begun

Bahçeşehir University's Preference and Promotion Days began on Tuesday, 16 July 2019. During the Preference and Promotion Days, which will continue until 29 July 2019, students can visit the BAU Beşiktaş South Campus, Beşiktaş North Campus, Galata and Göztepe campuses to get information from our academics about the department they wish to study.

MORE THAN A DIPLOMA WITH EDR

Redefining what a university is and offering education in the light of innovative and global methods, Bahçeşehir University prepares BAU students for the world of the future with its EDR model, which gives meaning to the concept of the new-generation university.

EDR, an education model designed by research and application centers that provides access to a wide range of content, aims for BAU students, regardless of their department, to become well-equipped, innovative individuals with different perspectives who produce solutions, have acquired the competencies of the future and are sought after globally.

BAU students who take part in programs designed by the Big Data Application and Research Center (BIG DATA), Financial Research and Application Center (BFRC), Blockchainist Center,, Creative Industries Research Center (BAUKEM), Cyber Security Center and, IGULduring their university education stand out both at university and, after graduation, in the sectors they choose, thanks to the EDR certificate they receive in addition to their diploma. START ONE STEP AHEAD IN THE BUSINESS WORLD WITH CO-OP

The "CO-OP Education Model", successfully implemented by Bahçeşehir University (BAU) for 10 years, aims to combine higher education with professional life and to fill the gaps between the business world and the university. University students in CO-OP gain work experience by actively taking part in working life while continuing their university education. The greatest advantage of the CO-OP Education Model is gaining work experience as a student and making the transition to the business world easier. With the "In CO-OP Business Point" program, our partner companies come to BAU. On a schedule ranging from one to five days a week, we host human resources professionals (Directors/Managers/Specialists) from our partner companies as full-day guests at CO-OP and bring them together with students. In one-on-one meetings with these professionals, our students have the chance to receive career counseling directly from company HR professionals on any topic related to their career goals, such as obtaining sector and company information, preparing for interviews, or sharing a special project or idea. Since 2013, BAU Global has continued to provide students with education beyond borders in different parts of the world through the many international universities within its network. Bahçeşehir University is an independent university under the umbrella of the BAU Global Education Network. The BAU Global Education Network includes 9 universities, 3 language schools and 16 liaison offices. Students admitted to Bahçeşehir University may, if they wish, attend universities and language schools in the countries within BAU Global. During their education at Bahçeşehir University, students can study at preparatory campuses and/or spend a semester at campuses abroad within BAU Global, and benefit from summer/winter schools.
