YÖKAK Information Meeting for Quality Commissions Held

Organized by the Higher Education Quality Council (YÖKAK),the online information meeting for Quality Commissionswas held on Wednesday, 15 March 2023, between 10:00 and 12:00. 

The meeting, attended by a total of 373 people,was attended from our university by Chair of the Quality Executive Board Prof. Dr. Elif YOLBULAN OKAN, Faculty of Education Quality Commission member Assist. Prof. Dr. Sezin EŞFER ÖNDÜNÇ, Faculty of Engineering Quality Commission member Assist. Prof. Dr. Can ERGÜN,, Quality Management Unit Manager Seda TAŞand Quality Assurance Specialist Eda ALBAYRAKDEMİRTÜRK.

At the meeting, YÖKAK President Mr. Muhsin Kar gave a presentation on Stakeholders' Perception of Quality, Quality Assurance in Higher Education, the Scope of External Evaluation and Accreditation, Quality Assurance Systems, and YÖKAK's Quality Assurance Framework; Academic Expert Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dilek Avşaroğlu gave a presentation on the points to consider in writing the Institutional Internal Evaluation Report (KİDR) and YÖKAK Evaluation Programs, the Institutional Internal Evaluation Report (KİDR), what the content of the KİDR should be, common mistakes, points to consider in writing the KİDR, and how qualified evidence should be used; and YÖKAK Expert Ms. Gonca Uludağ gave a presentation titled "How Should the YÖKAK Institutional Internal Evaluation Report Preparation Guide (Version 3.1) Be Read?"
