BAU Institutional Accreditation Program Preparation Guide Published!

With the aim of spreading and internalizing the culture of quality at Bahçeşehir University, the first guide prepared by the Quality Management Unit, the Institutional Accreditation Program Preparation Guide , has been published.

This guide has been prepared for academic and administrative units to guide our university, which is included in the Institutional Accreditation Program run by YÖKAK, throughout this process.

In preparing the guide, the "Institutional External Evaluation Guide Version 3.0," prepared by the Higher Education Quality Council (YÖKAK) taking into account the Standards and Guidelines for Quality Assurance in the European Higher Education Area (2015), and the YÖKAK Information Portal were used.

The Institutional External Evaluation Directive and the Institutional External Evaluation and Accreditation Criteria (KDDAÖ), on which the evaluation program will be based, are available in detail on the website of the Higher Education Quality Council (www.yokak.gov.tr). The information in this guide is presented in summary form.

The Institutional Accreditation Program Preparation Guide has been both published on our website and delivered in print to academic and administrative units.

The guide, which opens with a foreword by Bahçeşehir University President Prof. Dr. Şirin Karadeniz, includes sections on our mission, vision, quality policy, accreditation schedule and accreditation criteria, information on the evaluation, BAU PDCA Cycles, the quality management system at BAU, and the relevant regulations and directives.
