Announcement on Resit Make-up Exams

Dear Students,

Under the Bahçeşehir University Examination Regulations, there is no make-up for resit exams. However, due to the nationwide effects of the earthquake disaster, and in order to ease the concerns of our valued students, students who were unable to take the resit exam and whose excuses have been accepted by the relevant academic units have been granted the right to a resit make-up exam, limited to the 2022-2023 spring semester.

Resit make-up exams will be held between 11 and 17 September 2023.

Resit exam conditions for graduate students:

- Students may take resit exams for courses in which they received an (F) grade, without any other condition,

- If the student's GPA is below 3.00/4.00, they may take resit exams for courses in which they received (B-), (C+), and (C) grades in addition to courses with an (F) grade (if their GPA is 3.00/4.00 or above, only for courses with an (F) grade).

- Students may not take resit exams for courses in which they received (W) or (U) grades.

Students who did not take the resit exam and wish to take the resit make-up exam may apply by submitting their excuse between 21 August and 1 September. Applications will be received through the BAU Student Solution Center Online Platform (help.bau.edu.tr). When applying, you must upload your petition to help.bau. The format of the resit exam will be announced by our instructors for each course.
