Applications Open for the 2025 National Internship Program

It is an early career program run by the Presidency of the Republic of Türkiye Human Resources Office to enable our young talents to benefit from career opportunities offered by public institutions and private sector organizations, on the basis of equal opportunity and in line with the principles of merit.

The program aims to increase the employability of our young people, support equal opportunity in access to career opportunities, and extend various early career opportunities to all departments.

Students who apply to the Program are evaluated through a transparent, trackable and innovative method based on academic/professional, artistic/social and athletic competency scores, taking into account their performance throughout their education, the work they have done to improve their skills, and their achievements. Employers send offers to students based on the scores they have received in these competency areas, without seeing their identity or university information.

In addition to its success in Türkiye, the Program, which is followed with admiration abroad and has been cited six times by the OECD as an example of good practice, gives many young people the opportunity to experience working life while still students and to gain early career awareness.
