Marmara Region Program Accreditation Workshop Held at Bahçeşehir University!

Hosted by the Bahçeşehir University Faculty of Economics, Administrative and Social Sciences and organized in collaboration with Bahçeşehir University and STAR Accreditation, the "Marmara Region Information and Evaluation Workshop on Program Accreditation" was held on 14 February 2025.

At the workshop, opened by Bahçeşehir University President Prof. Dr. Esra Hatipoğlu, the accreditation processes of many programs conducted under the authority of the Social, Humanities and Basic Sciences Accreditation and Rating Association (STAR), such as Business Administration, International Trade, Management Information Systems, Economics, Finance, Banking, Labor Economics, Public Administration, Political Science and International Relations, were explained in detail. In addition, the accreditation processes of the Econometrics, Statistics, Logistics, Public Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Insurance and Actuarial Science undergraduate programs, authorized as of 2025, were also evaluated within the scope of the meeting.

Throughout the workshop, STAR officials delivered informative training sessions on accreditation processes, evaluation criteria and quality improvement methods, and shared the accreditation evaluation processes in detail.
