Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Students Share Their Hopes and Expectations for the Future!

At a meeting held at the beginning of the new academic year, students of the Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts came together with our President Prof. Dr. Esra Hatipoğlu, our Vice President Prof. Dr. Ahmet Beşkese and our Director Assoc. Prof. Dr. Zeynep Tacer Caba.

At the meeting, where the innovations and developments planned in the field of gastronomy for the 2024-2025 academic year were presented, our students shared their feedback on the education they receive. They also conveyed their requests for closer ties with the industry.

The meeting, at which a commitment was made to maintain open communication so that we can look toward a brighter future together, concluded with our students' questions.
