Proper Posture and Ergonomics Training

The"Proper Posture and Ergonomics Training,"prepared within the scope of a TÜBİTAK project by the Department of Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation of the Faculty of Health Sciences, was completed with an event held at KACONF, North Campus, on 17 April 2024.

The event, which began at 14:00, featured the presentations "Defining Proper Posture" by Lecturer Tuğçe Poyraz İşleyen, "Musculoskeletal Problems Observed in Office Workers" by Assist. Prof. Dr. Hazal Genç, "Ergonomic Arrangements in the Office Environment" by Lecturer Tuğçe Tahmaz, and "Postural Exercises Applicable in the Office Environment" by Intern Physiotherapists Hanife Kanat and Mert Aydın. At the end of the event, participants' questions were answered in a Q&A session.
