Quality Management Unit Held Information Meetings for the Faculty of Educational Sciences on Quality Processes and Course Information Packages

Views were shared on the importance of meeting with the advisory board at regular intervals and obtaining program recommendations in order to gather stakeholder feedback on quality processes. The importance of including an alumni representative in Advisory Board meetings was emphasized. It was also noted that the participation of student representatives in Advisory Board meetings is important for gathering stakeholder feedback. In addition, the importance of program course information packages in evaluating teaching and learning processes was explained. Information was shared on the importance of course information packages in the Quality Assurance System. The importance of matching Key Competencies with the Turkish Higher Education Qualifications Framework (TYYÇ) and Program Competencies/Program Learning Outcomes was highlighted, and information was provided on how to record the matrices in the system.
