Online Seminar Held on Quality Assurance Systems and Business Process Management in Higher Education

An online seminar on the Quality Assurance System and Business Process Management in Higher Education was delivered to Bahçeşehir University Quality Ambassadors via Microsoft Teams by Erdal Küçükoğlu, Quality Management Unit and Process Management Consultant. The seminar covered Quality Assurance Processes, the PDCA Cycle, the YÖKAK Graded Evaluation Rubric, the Institutional Internal Evaluation Report (KİDR) and evidence-based management. In addition to the main benefits of process management in higher education, the seminar also presented the path and methods to be followed in process management to make academic and administrative processes efficient, orderly and measurable.
