Azerbaijani and Turkish Youth Met for Energy and Security

Hosted by Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University with the support of the Youth Foundation of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and organized by the Azerbaijan Student and Alumni Platform (ASAP) and Bahçeşehir University with the participation of 300 young people from Azerbaijan and Türkiye, a forum titled "Partnership in Energy and Security Between Azerbaijani and Turkish Youth" was held.

At the event, opening speeches were delivered by Acting Rector of Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University Vazeh Asgarov, Acting Chair of the Youth Foundation of the Republic of Azerbaijan Gadir Halilov, Executive Director of the Azerbaijan Student and Alumni Platform Sevda Mansurova and Bahçeşehir University President Esra Hatipoğlu.

The panels addressed topics such as developing relations between Azerbaijani and Turkish youth, energy security in the region and the need for young people to take part in international environmental events such as COP29. At the end of the event, gifts were presented to the young people who participated actively.
