Important Information on the 2024-2025 Academic Year Fall Semester Course Registration Period

For our students enrolled in associate and undergraduate programs, we are starting the 2024-2025 academic year fall semester course registration period on 18 July 2024.

Including international students, the deadline for those who wish to register for courses in the July registration period to complete their financial procedures is 5 July 2024.

Course registration can be completed via UMIS during the fall semester course registration period (18-25 July 2024).

For students who register for courses in July, the UMIS system will be open for course selection during the first two days of the September course registration period (16-17 September 2024), so that they can make the necessary changes, such as reviewing the courses they registered for, changing a selected course, selecting new courses in accordance with the requirements, or changing the section of a selected course. Students who are unable to meet the course registration requirements by 5 July 2024 will be able to register for courses during the September course registration period (18-20 September 2024).

The deadline for fulfilling financial obligations in order to register for courses during the September course registration period (18-20 September 2024) is 29 August 2024.

The add-drop dates for students in associate and undergraduate programs are 30 September - 4 October 2024.

Students who do not register for courses in the fall semester but will continue their studies in the spring semester are advised to follow the dates of the spring semester course registration period in the academic calendar announced on our university's website.

Every course registration period in both semesters will be open for full scholarship students.
