Internal Communication in the Spotlight

A Talk on "Internal Communication" in Collaboration with the Department of Public Relations and Publicity and BAUKEM

A talk on internal communication was held at BAUStudios in collaboration with the Bahçeşehir University Department of Public Relations and Publicity and BAUKEM. The event, moderated by Prof. Dr. İdil Karademirlidağ Suher, Head of the Department of Public Relations and Publicity and Director of BAUKEM, hosted Simge Abay, Director of Corporate Communications and Impact Investments at Kale Group, and Ayşe Kırımlı, General Manager of the Community Volunteers Foundation (TOG).

The talk addressed the opportunities companies offer their employees in internal communication processes and the challenges they face. Emphasizing that internal communication is directly related to employee happiness, corporate reputation and the institution's vision, mission and values, Prof. Dr. İdil Karademirlidağ Suher asked the guests about the practices and experiences in their organizations. The positive effects of internal communication on organizational performance and employees, the expectations of new-generation employees in this regard and the effect of employee volunteering on internal communication were discussed.
