David Shipman Certified as a "Certified Culinary Educator"

Chef David Shipman, Culinary Director of BAU Gastronomy and Culinary Arts, has been certified as a "Certified Culinary Educator" by the World Chefs Association.

Founded in Paris in 1928, the World Chefs Association is a non-political professional organization dedicated to maintaining and improving the culinary standards of global cuisines. It pursues these goals through the education, training and professional development of its members.

Through a certification system that operates across both the industry and education networks, it brings its chefs and educators together under one roof.

Having met the organization's requirements, our Culinary Director Chef David Shipman has been certified as a "Certified Culinary Educator", the highest level of the educator category.
