Training on Individual Application to the Constitutional Court

In the Individual Application to the Constitutional Court training organized by the Bahçeşehir University Human Rights Club, procedural and substantive issues in the individual application process will be addressed and individual application decisions of the Constitutional Court will be examined between 31 March and 2 April 2021.
The first session of this training, to be held in three different sessions over three days, will begin with an opening speech by Dr. Serkan Köybaşı and continue with a talk on the individual application process by Att. Tuğçe Duygu Köksal. Finally, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Didem Yılmaz will inform us about the binding nature of the decisions.
In the second session of the training, the right to a fair trial and the examination process of individual applications will be discussed with Att. Mine Güliz Baykal and Att. Revşan Deniz Çobanoğlu.
In the final session of our training, Att. Serkan Cengiz will give a talk on equality and the prohibition of discrimination. Benan Molu will then address freedom of expression and the right to liberty and security.
