Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot Court Competition

ANNOUNCEMENT

For students who wish to represent Bahçeşehir University Faculty of Law next year in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot Court Competition, held every year in Vienna with the participation of more than four hundred law faculties from various countries, an online information meeting will be held on Tuesday, 13 July 2021, between 11:00 and 11:30 in the Zoom meeting room at the link below.

Students who wish to participate must apply by filling out the Google form linked below by Monday, 2 August 2021. Following the preliminary evaluation of applications, oral interviews will be held with the selected students on Monday, 9 August 2021, between 10:00 and 11:00 on the Teams online platform.

Since the competition covers international sales contracts and commercial arbitration, applications from third- and fourth-year students are preferred. In addition, since the competition is in English and consists of two stages, written and oral, an advanced command of written and spoken English is required.
