Eda Erdem: "I Would Have Loved to Be an Orthopedist or a Physical Therapist"
Moderated by BAU Faculty of Health Sciences Dean Prof. Dr. Gökay Görmeli, in the session titled "The Secret of Champions: Athlete Health and the Road to Success with Eda Erdem," Eda Erdem, who joined the symposium online, answered participants' questions. Speaking about her post-volleyball career plans, Eda Erdem said: "I want to stay on the court for as long as I can, but of course that path will become clear to me in the near future. I think I will probably stay in sports. I think I will continue in a field that involves both sports and women's rights." Asked "What profession would you have chosen if you weren't a volleyball player?", Eda Erdem replied: "If I weren't a volleyball player, I would have loved to be an orthopedist or a physical therapist in order to stay in sports."
