BAU Faculty of Dentistry Oral and Dental Health Hospital Opens
The Oral and Dental Health Hospital, where Bahçeşehir University (BAU) Faculty of Dentistry students can receive their clinical training, has opened in Beşiktaş.
Continuing its academic and R&D work to help Türkiye become an internationally influential player in health tourism, Bahçeşehir University (BAU) has made a major investment in the oral and dental health sector. Equipped with state-of-the-art technology and staffed by an expert academic team, the Bahçeşehir University Faculty of Dentistry Oral and Dental Health Hospital has begun serving patients in Beşiktaş.
The hospital, which houses 183 dental units, 2 general anesthesia rooms, 1 sedation unit, a 5-bed inpatient ward, an emergency clinic, multidisciplinary dental clinics and a prosthetics production laboratory, provides all procedures from diagnosis to treatment. At the hospital, which can treat approximately 1,500 patients per day, Bahçeşehir University Faculty of Dentistry students receive digital dentistry and AI-supported clinical training in addition to their theoretical education.
