4th Local Advocacy School Held

The Local Advocacy School, organized for the 4th time in collaboration with the Local Monitoring, Research and Practice Association (YERELİZ) and the Bahçeşehir University Center for Migration and Urban Studies (BAUMUS), was held face to face again after the pandemic on 6-7 November 2021.

The training was completed with content on strategic plans, performance plans, activity reports and budget preparation in the city, urban citizens' rights, participation and the cities of the future.

As BAUMUS, we contributed to the session titled "Local Governments in Urban Migration Governance" with a presentation covering sustainability in the context of migration management, the requirements of managing migration locally and the importance of migration terminology.
