Event on Foster Care and Adoption Held

An event on "Foster Care and Adoption" was organized by the Child Development Program of the Bahçeşehir University Vocational School of Health Services, with the participation of experts from the Istanbul Provincial Directorate of Family and Social Services.

The event, held in Hall KA105 at the North Campus on 20 March 2025, took place between 10:00 and 12:30. The importance of being a foster family, the points to consider in the process, and the legal and social dimensions of adoption were discussed in detail at the event.

Participating students had the opportunity to gain up-to-date information on the subject from experts in the field and to ask the questions they were curious about. The event provided an important platform both for raising professional awareness and for guiding professionals working in the field of child development.
