BAU Bright Education Program Begins

The BAU Bright Education Program begins after the second week of May! Offering five training programs, BAU Bright provides 100% employment to participants who complete their training.

The BAU Bright education program is a 400-hour technical and career training program. At the end of the training, each participant will complete a project. The total employment period has been set at 10 months from the start date of the training. Participants are required to maintain 90% attendance. The passing grade for participants has been set at 70. If needed, programs may proceed as 80% face-to-face and 20% online.

Loans with 20-month and 32-month terms will be available. No loan payments will be made during the 4-month training period. During the 8 months following the training, only the interest portion of the loan will be paid. After that, equal installment payments will be scheduled.

ABOUT THE APPLICATION PROCESS

Application forms go through a preliminary screening. Participants who meet the criteria of the training solutions team and the training are invited to an exam. Participants who pass the preliminary screening will take a general exam measuring their numerical and verbal skills. This will be followed by a technical interview conducted by the instructors. Qualifying participants will then attend an HR interview conducted by Human Resources. A technical exam measuring participants' technical knowledge will be held to place them in the right class. Finally, before starting the training, candidates will attend short sessions in which they see how the training will be conducted.

The BAU Bright Education Program is a career program run by Bahçeşehir University that trains software and systems specialists who will make a difference, with an instructor team of extensive project experience. BAU Bright trainings have up-to-date, state-of-the-art content prepared with industry needs in mind. Candidates who complete their training are placed in jobs in the IT sector.
