School of Politics 25 Evaluation Process

In order to be entitled to a certificate of participation, students attending the School of Politics 25 certificate program, organized by the Bahçeşehir University International Leadership Research and Application Center, School of Government and Leadership between 1 March and 3 May 2025, must meet the 80% attendance requirement on a session basis. To be entitled to the program's e-Government-recognized certificate, candidates will also be subject to an additional evaluation at the end of the program, in addition to meeting the 80% attendance criterion.

Candidates who complete and submit a written assignment related to one of the topics covered during the program within the specified period and in accordance with the specified criteria will be entitled to a certificate if their assignments successfully pass the plagiarism check and the review and evaluation of the academic evaluation commission. The list of candidates entitled to a certificate will be announced on the website within 15 business days following the assignment submission deadline. There are no re-evaluation processes such as make-up, revision or exams for the certificates.

Assignment Preparation Criteria

• The assignment must be prepared in Word file format,
• with the title in 14 pt and the text in 12 pt, single line/paragraph spacing,
• in Times New Roman font,
• justified,
• and consisting of a minimum of 1,000 and a maximum of 3,000 words.
• Candidates must name the file "name surname-Turkish ID number."
• The subject line of the assignment email must read "Siyaset Okulu 25 Ödev Teslimi" (School of Politics 25 Assignment Submission).

 

Evaluation Process

• Assignments in formats other than Word files will not be accepted under any circumstances.
• Assignments submitted after the specified date and time will not be accepted for any excuse or reason.
• Assignments will be pre-screened with plagiarism software in a digital environment; if the similarity rate exceeds 10%, they will be directly deemed invalid and no revisions will be allowed.
• The assignments of candidates who pass the pre-evaluation will be evaluated by the academic evaluation commission, given a pass/fail grade and announced within the specified period.
