Collaboration Between Our Faculty of Medicine and University of Antwerp Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences Successfully Established

The collaboration between our Faculty of Medicine and the University of Antwerp Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences in the fields of education, research, scientific organizations and exchange programs, which had been in the works for a long time, recently reached an important stage. The meeting held at our University was attended by our Advisor to the President Prof. Sedat Aybar, and Prof. Dr. Dirk Vissers and Marnix Van Roosbroeck from the University of Antwerp.

At the meeting, a roadmap was drawn up under the leadership of our faculty members Prof. Dr. Kubilay Beng and Prof. Dr. Zeynep İyigün, in line with the joint project goals set by the two universities. The collaboration aims to give students international experience in education, to develop innovative solutions together in research projects, and to organize joint scientific events.

This major step has been a great source of excitement for both our faculty members and our students. Going forward, the collaboration between the two universities will create more academic opportunities and make significant scientific contributions on a global scale.
