Blockchain Law Course Offered at BAU for the First Time in Türkiye

The Blockchain Law course, with the course code LAW3019, is being offered for the first time in Türkiye at the BAU Faculty of Law.

Our new course, taught in English, will broaden our students' window onto universal law. Contemporary lawyers will continue to be educated at BAU!

The aim of the Blockchain Law course is to enable students to gain knowledge of the legislation and technical features of blockchain-based applications in Türkiye and around the world, to analyze these rules within the framework of universal legal principles and concepts, to develop legal opinions on emerging regulations, and to resolve disputes that may arise from blockchain-based applications in the future.
