Expected Graduates List: (Vocational Schools and Undergraduates): 2012-2013 Graduate Ceremony will consist of the students who have 10 or less courses left from vocational schools and undergraduate.Undergraduate students also are required to take courses at least 8 semesters and this requirement is 4 semesters for vocational school students. If your name does not exist on the list but you believe you have met the requirements, you will need to make an enquiry to student affairs department with a request letter.

Collection of the Graduate Gowns: Gowns can be collected from the place which will be specified on Instructions for Graduates section on 9 september – 21 september 2013 between 10.00-12.00 and 13.00-16.00

Dear Student, 2012-2013 Graduation Ceremony will be held in Abdi İpekçi Stadium. We kindly ask to all guests and students attending the ceremony obey to some rules and regulations to make the ceremony memorable. We believe all our students will be scrupulous fro the ceremony. We would like to wish you a successful future. INSTRUCTIONS FOR GRADUATES Gowns can be collected with a deposit fee of 70TL from the collection point (Besiktas Campus, D Block, 5th flor- D Terrace) at campus section on 9 september – 21 september 2013 between 10.00-12.00 and 13.00-16.00. Gowns can be collected until 21 September 2013 Saturday 16:00 and there will be no distribution of the gowns during the ceremony. Students attending the ceremony will be able to return the gowns on 23-28 September between 10.00-12.00 and 13.00-16.00 (Deposit fee for the gowns will not be returned to the studens who want to keep them.) Students have to bring the receipt of gowns with them to take the deposit fee back. *Time specified above is the starting time of the ceremony. Students who are attending the ceremony must enter the ceremony place before it starts (at 16.00) Students will be queued according to the ceremony order. Students are recommended to not to have their personal belongings with them during the ceremony *Invitations will be collected with gowns. *There will be parking area in the ceremony place. |
