We Visited Başakşehir Çam and Sakura Hospital with Our Master's and PhD Students

Under the guidance of Prof. Dr. Fatma Eti Aslan, Dean of the Faculty of Health Sciences, we visited Başakşehir Çam and Sakura Hospital with our Master's and PhD students on Thursday, 31 March 2022. We had the chance to examine the latest technology and equipment in the field of health, as well as the hospital's central help desk, laboratories, clinics, outpatient clinics, emergency department and specialized operating rooms.

During the hospital visit,Deputy Chief Physician for Coordination Op. Dr. Serkan İskender accompanied us and gave an informative presentation about the hospital. In addition, Prof. Dr. İlgin Özden, Prof. Dr. Abdulmuttalip Şimşek, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Bekir Tuğcu and Op. Dr. İsmail Çalıkoğlu gave presentations on specialized surgical fields, including robotic surgery, obesity surgery, Parkinson's surgery and liver transplant surgery.
